Join Our Team at Knoxville Behavioral and Mental Health Services! We are an established behavioral and mental health group practice committed to providing excellent mental health services. Our team consists of friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive licensed professionals who are always eager to welcome new colleagues. Currently, we are accepting only licensed professionals to ensure our systems can fully support their needs. We take pride in the diverse backgrounds of our team, including M.D.s, PhDs, PsyDs, LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and NPs. This diversity enhances our collaborative approach, allowing us to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. We provide various work settings, including in-clinic, telehealth/remote, and hybrid options. While we do support telehealth providers, all our licensed professionals must be licensed for practice in Tennessee.

To assist you in building your ideal career, we emphasize autonomy for our licensed professionals. You can set your own rates and choose which insurance plans you wish to credential with, if any. We offer several billing options, including in-house billing services, self-managed billing, and billing through a Type 2 NPI, streamlining the credentialing process. Clinicians have the freedom to set their own hours, select the types of patients they wish to work with, and determine their patient load without the pressure to see more patients. Our structure naturally ensures that clinicians are the primary beneficiaries of their efforts.

Our practice thrives on the success of our clinicians, making it mutually beneficial. We have an established professional mentoring program that pairs newer or less experienced licensed professionals with highly experienced clinicians. This program has proven effective in helping participants meet their goals for caseloads, income, work hours, and overall balance. Many clinicians entering private practice may feel uncertain, but this program alleviates that stress and helps cultivate comfort in their new roles.

Required Qualifications:

* Fully licensed (LPC/MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, M.D., PhD, PsyD, NP) in Tennessee

* In good standing with the Board, with no ethics complaints

* A supportive and collegial approach to patient care

* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience
