Parent and Child Anxiety Groups
A program designed to help anxious children and their parents simultaneously. The program will be using the Yale-Developed SPACE Program and the evidence-based Coping Cat program for children.
In this 8-week program, parents will learn how to support their children and produce effective changes, while children will learn how to accept and regulate their anxious emotions!
