Greetings! I was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California. After spending over a decade in Alaska, I relocated to Tennessee with my family 2 years ago. I earned my Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University and have been in practice for 13 years as a generalist, working with children, teens, and adults. My passion lies in helping clients improve their self-care to achieve the highest quality of life possible. I primarily address issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and work/school stress, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, play therapy, transactional analysis (TA), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and more. Additionally, I support clients navigating their cancer journeys, drawing from my own experiences as a cancer survivor. In my free time, I enjoy going to the movies, working out at the gym, and exploring East Tennessee with my husband and our very mischievous dog. If you're looking for guidance, I’m Rachael Bolton LPC-MHSP, and I’m here to help you on your path to wellness.
