Robin Billings is our dedicated and invaluable office manager! She will help you get connected with your clinician, answer questions, and manages scheduling appointments. 

While Katie is by no means new to our office, she is our NEW practice administrator. She is such a knowledgeable and compassionate person. She does a incredible job taking care of our customers and office needs. 

Mark is our enthusiastic office assistant and will help you with getting scheduled, completing paperwork, and checking in! Patients and providers alike have all really appreciated his strong customer service skills by delivering excellent communication skills and his responsiveness. He is also detailed oriented and has a great team approach!  

Edel offers a very calm and gentle presence on the phone. He is excellent at reviewing your insurance information to ensure your services will be covered! He is also a team player offering support for the phone lines.

While Brandy is new to KBMHS, she is not new to medical billing and has previously worked Dr. Christiansen and her office. She is a team player, maintains great communication skills, and has great integrity. 

From start to finish, Jessica has done it all when it comes to the medical billing world.  She brings a wealth of experience and is very detailed oriented, which helps customers stay informed and ensures providers are properly paid.
